The risk of myopia was significantly less when children spend more time outside. British researchers that decisions based on studies involving over 10,000 children and young adults in a study presented at the Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Ophthalmology in October 2011.

Children who had good vision and farsighted were spent on average 3.7 hours more time outside than children with myopia. And children weekly for each hour spent outside, took the risk of myopia by two percent.
The children who spent more time outside, read, studied and Gamede as much as the kids who were inside. Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that children who play outside their eyes more exposure to natural light and often search for objects farther away.
