     PERFORMANCE: 

1. Standing with legs apart.
2. Take a deep breath, raising his arms outstretched to

PERFORMANCE:

-Lying on your back.

Softens the spine, preventing sciatica. 
Heals constipation and bowel disorders. 
Invigorates the sexual organs. 
Strengthens the abdominal muscles.

Regulates appetite. 
Relieves and heals hemorrhoids and diabetes 

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Appendicitis. 
NOTES:

PERFORMANCE:
