To celebrate the launch of Google Play - formally known as Android Market - Google put on sale several books, music, movies and applications. For all other countries outside of the few, the conclusion is limited to the range of applications at 50 cents instead of its original price.

Some of the titles featured in the Google Play are offering NOVA 2 HD, Osmos HD, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit, mSecure, SwiftKey X and many others, that can be downloaded for 50 cents (of course translated into the currency local).

The full list of games and applications can be seen here and hope they will increase over the next seven days.

Android Market went from being a simple app store to be a place where you can also buy books , music, rent movies and more. Given this change in the role of central Android Market , Google decided to launch a new platform under the name Google Play - and no, Nexus is the next tablet.

Play Google Rodos comprise the contents sold by Google, and applications of books , music and videos will Play Books, Music and Play Play Movies respectively, while that Android Market will be called Play Store, which also included the cloud services from Google.

Users of Android 2.2 or higher will notice the change with an update in the coming days but for now, the shiftkey is the name. As part of the campaign, Google also launched the “Seven Days to Play”, which will have applications, books , movies and music on offer throughout the week.

Except for USA, Canada, UK, Australia and Japan share many services to a greater or lesser extent, Google Play replaces Android Market and Android app store.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Play with her and with his game Electronic Arts FIFA 12 , have posted a video, as an advance on YouTube so we can see the realism of the images and what they can give him the game when it comes to this terminal with Gingerbread version of Android. Indeed, there is no date yet. Starting with a cover of EA Sports, the video posted on YouTube is to highlight a number of aspects that are assumed, are the commercial arms of Fifa 12 implemented in the Play Xperia Sony Ericsson. First, it highlights the improved graphics. Then the whole environment that has to do with the animation of the game and with the management system of the players. Finally, emphasize the potential for touch control. At the end of the video, the only information available about when we can enjoy FIFA 12 is coming soon to the Xperia Play. No specific release date. So in principle Eurodroid pages assume that you will come exclusively for the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play and hopefully be here for Christmas. Trying to compare a game on a console with the same game on a mobile terminal is complicated, first by the technological possibilities of the first and second because the phones are in the world of games very quickly and are limited by their very nature portable . Still, these first images that we have offered through YouTube impressed, then be a matter of testing the operation of controls. The Xperia Play appeared in March and was born as a team clearly linked to the games. In fact, the first thing that surprised him was his design with physical controls for games that are hidden below the screen. It seemed that we had in hand a handheld rather than a phone. Suitable for this benefit is its thickness, 16 mm, and weighs 175 grams. In addition to these special controls need to play a proper screen. Sony Ericsson acquired a 4-inch, with a pixel density of 245 dpi plus touchscreen ability to control games using this system. To all this we must add that has a 1 GHz processor, which has a RAM of 512 MB and takes a battery of 1,500 Mhz. But even with all this, his success is that the games are implemented in the terminal are perfectly adapted. Let’s hope so with FIFA 12.
