Applications such as email, calendar and memo are hardly changed compared to previous versions of the OS, but this is not because these functions are very user friendly. The Blackberry Bold 9900 has an internal memory of 8 MB, expandable with microSD cards. The biggest downside to this device is the battery life. Like many smartphones, the battery of this device in normal use but one or two days. When the test unit we were sent, however the battery was only half a day. Granted, the battery of this device was probably a lot had to endure, but it remains a major problem on many smartphones.
