The counter down counter CD4029
The counter down counter CD4029
The CD4029 is a counter decoder. The meter has four outputs that can be used for counting or counting in binary or BCD. The CD4029 is powered by a DC voltage of 3 to 18volts. It can operate in a maximum frequency (counting slots 10s) of 8 MHz. For the CD4029 account must count both inputs and CARRY IN PRESET ENABLE are in a low state and input UP / DOWN will change the counting direction forward or backward. So a high state input UP / DOWN counting and ensures a low state provides the countdown. A high state exercised over the entrance BINARY / DECADE ensures counting in binary mode and a low state provides BCD count mode. JAM inputs are positioned counter to any position by applying to the individual JAM inputs of low or high logic states then have on the PRESET ENABLE input a positive pulse rapid. The outputs Q1 to Q4 are immediately entered the bit positions of JAM.
