THE FISH (MATSYASANA)
PERFORMANCE:
1. Sitting, legs stretched out or in a position to tailor.
2. Reversing the trunk back until the top of the head rests on the ground.
The support points are the buttocks and head.
3. Remain in this position a few minutes while breathing slowly
and regularly. Relax as much as possible.
4. Lie on your back and rest.
