TREE (VRIKSHASANA)

PERFORMING:
1. Stand legs together, hands in front of the chest in prayer position.
2. Inspiration raising his hands towards the sky until the arms are outstretched.
3. Expiration by bringing the hands and arms in the position no. 1.
4. Inspiration from lifting a leg is placed as in Fig.
5. Short retention maintaining posture.
6. Expiration way down the leg, hands following the same movement and are placed in their natural position.
NOTE:
Keep your eyes open at first. Later try to close them,
it will be more difficult to maintain balance but more effective.
EFFECTS OF THIS POSTURE
- Very important for the physical and mental balance.
- Promotes and develops the power of concentration and calm.
