    hi
    i tried this last night, and found i was very calm and relaxed afterwards. however, after going straight to bed, i couldnt get to sleep for at least an hour. my heart rate was quite fast.
    i felt very sleepy the whole time, but couldnt actually get to sleep, any sugestions??

    the best treatment for insomnia would have to be chiropractice medicine, however I have found that lack of flexibility leads to a host of health problems. The more flexible you are, the healthier you are.

    Both Indian Yogis, and Chinese Daoists have a saying, the amazing thing is that they came up with it being geographically separated;

    “pliability is the characteristic of a baby, stiffness, is the characteristic of a corpse.”

    I suffer from terrible insomnia and I’m used to dread nights and the endless hours of laying in my bed, wishing I could sleep.

    I’ve tried this for a couple of weeks already and, whenever I do it before going to bed, sleeping comes much easier.

    Thank you so much, this is amazing.
